6-Furfurylaminopurine (Kinetin)
Common name: 6-Furfurylaminopurine (Kinetin)
CAS No.: 525-79-1
Specification: 99%TC, 0.4%AS
Molecular formula: C10H9N5O
Structural formula:
Mode of action:
6-Furfurylaminopurine is a kind of plant hormone and promotes plant cell division remarkably when an appropriate ratio of auxin and the product are given but induces the formation of buds and leaves when used alone. In addition to the cell division promotion, it shows the promotion of leaf growth and lateral bud extension, aging and root growth inhibition, accumulation of amino acids, etc., chlorophyll formation promotion and degradation inhibition, dormancy breaking, and stoma opening.
Uses:
Description: 6-Furfurylaminopurine is a natural plant endogenous hormone of purines and the first cytokinin discovered by humans. It is used as a plant growth hormone that induces the nuclear division of plant cells. It is used for root crops to prolong the storage life, prevent water loss, and maintain green color by spraying before harvest or soaking after harvest. Its effect is attributed to the inhibition of chlorophyll degradation and proteolysis.
Main effects: Fresh-keeping and anti-aging effects, raise production, promotes the germination of seeds, and relieves the top advantage.
Example plants: Rice, Wheat, Corn, Soybean, Tea tree, Cotton, Citru, Apple, Rape, Kidney bean.
Application method ( 0.4%AS)
Crop | Targets | Rate | Method |
Citrus tree, peanuts, cotton, corn, tea tree, cole, rice, wheat, apple tree, Kidney bean | Growth regulat | 1: 600-1000 | Spray |
1. When used for rice, it is applied once at the planting stage, early blooming stage and filling stage; pay attention to spray evenly.
2. When used for kidney beans, start to spray one week before flowering, apply once every 2 weeks, 3 times in a row; pay attention to spray evenly.
3. When used for tea tree, it is applied once in the germination period, the initial germination period, and 20 days after germination (each interval is 3 weeks); pay attention to the spray evenly.
4. When used for cotton, starting from the 4-6 leaf stage, apply once every 4 weeks for a total of 3 times; pay attention to the spray evenly.
5. when used for wheat, it is applied once at the tillering stage, jointing stage and heading stage; pay attention to spray evenly.
6. When used for citrus trees, it is applied once at the initial flowering stage, young fruit stage, and fruit expansion stage; pay attention to spray evenly.
7. When used for peanuts. It is applied once at the seedling stage, flowering stage, and lower needle stage for a total of 3 times; pay attention to spray evenly.
8. When used for apple trees, it is applied once in the first flowering, young fruit, and fruit swelling stages; pay attention to spray evenly.
9. When used for rape, and it is applied once at the seedling stage, bolting stage and flowering stage. Spray 3 times in total; pay attention to spray evenly.
10. When used for corn, it is applied once at the seedling stage, small bell stage, and big bell stage for a total of 3 times; pay attention to spray evenly.
11. Please do not apply pesticides on windy days or if it rains within 1 hour.
12. When used for rice, kidney beans, tea trees, cotton, wheat, citrus trees, peanuts, apple trees, rapeseed, and corn at most 3 times per season.
