99%TC, 50%WP
9,10-Anthraquinone
Common name: 9,10-Anthraquinone
CAS No.: 84-65-1
Specification: 99%TC, 50%WP
Molecular formula: C14H8O2
Structural formula:
Uses:
Anthraquinone is mostly used in dyes, but the amount used as a digestion aid for paper pulp has been increasing rapidly.
(1) Used in the production of dyes. Using anthraquinone as raw material, through sulfonation, chlorination, nitration, etc., a wide range of dye intermediates can be obtained for the production of anthraquinone-based disperse dyes, acid dyes, vat dyes, and reaction Dyes, etc., form a category of dyes with complete chromatograms and good performance. According to statistics, there are more than 400 varieties of anthraquinone dyes, which occupy a very important position in the field of synthetic dyes.
(2) When used as a cooking agent for paper pulping, only a small amount of anthraquinone needs to be added to the alkaline cooking liquor to speed up the delignification speed, shorten the cooking time, increase the pulp yield, and reduce the waste liquid load.
