Mode of action:
This product is a kind of diphenyl ether contact type early treatment agent after seedling. After being absorbed by weeds, stomata can be closed, weeding activity can be played by light, which increases plant body temperature and causes necrosis, and inhibits mitochondrial electron conduction, which causes stagnation of respiratory system and energy production system, and inhibits cell division and causes death of weeds.
Uses:
Description: Post emergence herbicide, usually used as the sodium salt; particularly effective against broad-leaved weeds and grasses. Also a pesticide transformation product.
Example weeds controlled: Carpetweed; Balloon vine; Wild buckwheat; Cocklebur; Ladysthumb; Lambsquarters; Copperleaf; Morning glory; Moonflower; Nightshade; Pigweed; Foxtails.
