Mode of action:
Clethodim is a systemic conductive stem and leaf treatment agent. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit acetyl-CoA, thereby inhibiting fatty acid synthesis. After the stems and leaves are treated, they are absorbed by the leaves and conducted to the meristem.
Uses:
Description: A herbicide used to control annual and perennial grasses for use on sugarbeets and other crops.
