Mode of action:
Epoxiconazole is a triazole bactericide. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of ergosterol and hinder the formation of the cell wall of the pathogen.
Uses:
Description: A broad-spectrum fungicide for control of diseases caused by Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes and Deuteromycetes.
Example fungi controlled: Black Sigatoka, Coffee rust; leaf blotch; Stem rust.
Example applications: Sugarbeets; Cereals including wheat, barley, rye, oat and triticale; Coffee; Banana.
