Mode of action:
Fludioxonil is a non-systemic fungicide with long residual activity. It can inhibit the activity of mitogen-activated protein kinase in the process of osmotic signal transduction. Its main function is to inhibit spore germination, and it can also inhibit germ tube elongation and hyphae growth.
Uses:
Description: A broad-spectrum fungicide for control of a range of diseases on fruits and vegetables.
Example fungi controlled: Seedling blight, Snow Mould, dust brand, Black spot, Grey mould.
Example applications: Fruits including apples, soft fruits, cranberries, pear, quince, strawberry and currants; Vegetables including peas, beans; Ornamentals.
