Mode of action:
Flutolanil is a benzamide fungicide, systemic with curative and protective action. Respiration inhibitor - Succinate DeHydrogenase Inhibitor. It has a strong obstructive effect on the growth of hyphae and the formation of invading hyphal blocks.
Uses:
Description: A fungicide used to control a range of pathogens especially Rhizoctonia spp. on rice and other crops.
Example fungi controlled: Basidiomycete fungi, Various Rhizoctonia diseases including Brown patch, Blight, Snow Mold.
Example applications: Potato; Rice; Turf; Cereals; Sugarbeets; Some ornamentals such as Tulip, Iris.
