Oxyfluorfen is a kind of contact herbicide, which plays a herbicidal effect in the presence of light. It enters the plant body mainly through the coleoptile and mesocotyl, and is less absorbed through the roots, and a very small amount is absorbed from the roots into the leaves.
Uses:
Description: A broad-spectrum, pre- and post-emergent herbicide used to control certain annual weeds in vegetables, fruit and other crops.
Example weeds controlled: Annual broad-leaved; Grassy weeds.
