Tetraconazole is a systemic fungicide with protectant, eradicant and curative properties. It is a sterol biosynthesis inhibitor, acts mainly on the vegetative stages of fungi by blocking the mycelial growth either inside or on the surface of the host plant.
Uses:
Description: A new, broad spectrum, efficient triazole fungicide, effective period lasting 4-6 weeks. It used to control a range of fungal infections such as Septoria, and Rhynchosporium on cereals, sugarbeets and other crops.
Example fungi controlled: Powdery mildew; Rust; Loose smut; Scab; Leafspot.
Example applications: Sugarbeets; Wheats; Grapes; Apples.
