IGlufosinate-ammonium is a phosphonic acid non-selective broad-spectrum contact herbicide for post-emergence stem and leaf treatment. The mechanism of action is that after the drug is absorbed by the green stems and leaves of the plant, it prevents photosynthesis and eventually causes the plant to die.
Uses:
Description: A herbicide for total vegetation control and to control a wide range of weeds and grasses.
Example weeds controlled: Annual broad-leaved weeds including nightshade, lamb's quarters, ragweed, velvetleaf, wild mustard; Annual grasses including barnyard grass, switchgrass.
